The energy and allure of Miami, Florida is captured here in this exceptional concert march for young band.  After presenting the primary 4-note motif in the introduction, Magic City March spins out the opening melody in its entirety in unison woodwinds.  A second, more lyrical melody is later presented in low voices. The march continues to gain energy and excitement as it builds through a modulation up a step and various textures to a very exciting ending.
